The BDM Staffing Solution Screening Process
A unique feature of the BDM Staffing Solution is our comprehensive and fully documented screening process. Just complete the process once, and we can use the the documented results for up to 24 months when presenting you and your qualifications for the career opportunities you choose to apply for.
Our process eliminates the need for preliminary or exploratory interviews between you and the prospective employer. A great benefit if you need to limit time off from your current job during the search, and you can complete the process in a single session, or one stage at a time, and even take advantage of evening and weekend interview times.
Interviewing As Easy As 1-2-3
When the first suitable opportunity is identified we inform you which stages must be completed as some do not require completion of all three stages.
For future opportunities, stages completed within the previous 24 months will not have to be repeated if there have not been any significant changes.
Stage 1 - Career History Questionnaire (CHQ)
• The CHQ provides detailed information on skills and experience, and
• Ensures an accurate match with those required by a prospective employer.
Stage 2 - Written Interview - General Interview Questionnaire (GIQ)
• This is the first of two parts of the interview.
• The questionnaire is emailed to you at a time of your choosing, and
• You have 60 or 90 minutes to complete and return it.
Stage 3 - Oral Interview
• This is the second of two parts of the interview.
• Conducted immediately after or within 24 hours of successful completion of Stage 2.
• Consists of questions related to the answers and information you provided in stages 1 & 2.
