GETTING STARTED 

We complete a private & confidential BDM Staffing Need Information From (SNIF) to capture the detailed information about your company and opportunity we need to select your ideal candidates. The SNIF is an internal document that is not shared with candidates.

Using non-confidential information from the SNIF, we create an Opportunity Profile (OP) for presenting your opportunity to candidates selected from our own database and for use throughout our search campaign.


THE SEARCH 

We find qualified candidates on our own database, attract and screen active jobseekers using online resources and print advertising, and reach passive candidates, even those who aren't looking at all, using highly successful direct networking techniques.


SCREENING CANDIDATES 

The candidates we refer to you will have completed our extensive screening process where we assess their written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, obtain information about their experience far beyond what you will find on a resume, and gain insight into the thier likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and goals.

Each stage of our screening process is fully documented and provided to you for each qualified candidate we refer, eliminating the need for you to conduct preliminary fact-finding interviews, and saving you valuable time.

Our Interview 

  We conduct a two-stage interview consisting of a time-limited written interview and an oral interview. All questions and answers, along with our assessment of the candidate are captured on our General Interview Questionnaire (GIQ), and submitted to you unedited.

Work History 

  We question candidates about everything from compensation history, to circumstances surrounding job changes, and the actual amount of time spent doing the various functions of each position. All of this information is captured and submitted to you on our unique Career History Questionnaire (CHQ).

Customized Screening 

  We can customize any aspect of our screening process or the tools we use to your unique needs. Anything from using specific questions you provide, to adding your own application forms, and even having candidates complete your tests or evaluation tools.


ACCURATE REFERRALS 

To ensure the accuracy of each referral at least two BDM Staffing Specialists will have agreed that your opportunity and the candidate are a good match. The specialist who interviewed or manages the candidate (Candidate Manager), the specialist responsible for your position (Position Manager), and the senior specialist responsible for your account (Account Manager).

REFERENCE CHECKING 

Once we have referred a candidate to you, you may request references to be checked at any time before, during, or upon completion of your own interview process.

We can use our own reference check questionnaire, a modified version based on your requirements, or questions you provide.

First we guarantee our Hires. Hires can be used on any position, and are good until you hire someone we refer to you. No matter how close we get to filling a position, or how much work we do, if we don't fill your position, you can use the Hire on any other position you want, at any time.

Second we guarantee the people you hire. Each hire is guaranteed unconditionally for six months with your choice of replacement or credit. We even offer the option to extend the length of the guarantee to one year. And where our competitors offer a one-time only replacement, we transfer the remaining time on the guarantee to any replacement, or attach it to your credit.
