What Exactly Is CFM Career Finder Marketing?
CFM is a job and career opportunity direct marketing service for people who are serious about finding a new position, but don't want the aggravation or lack the time needed to conduct an effective search on their own, and are smart enough to take advantage of the resources and expertise that come from BDM's 16 years of experience in staffing and business-to-business direct marketing.
CFM is NOT an electronic resume broadcast or distribution service that emails resumes based on a very limited set of criteria with the "hope" that you will have an actual opening or that your need and the candidate will match.

What Happens Once I Submit An Opportunity?
Within 48 hours of receiving your opportunity we inform all candidates and prospective candidates about the opportunity, and list it on ThinkBDM.com (www.thinkbdm.com). After than we refer all available qualified member-candidates as long as your opportunity is active.
Will I Be Swamped With Phone Calls?
Absolutely Not! CFM listings are viewable to all, but only qualified candidates are given your or your company’s identity, and initial contact to introduce a qualified candidate is always through CFM.

Is This A Confidential Service?
Confidentiality is your call. CFM never advertises company or contact names, and only candidates matched and referred to your position will know your or your company’s identity. If however you need a higher degree of confidentiality simply let us know.

Success depends on the number of qualified CFM candidates who are looking when you submit your job and how long you list it, especially since candidates often join CFM after seeing or hearing about a position they are interested in. In 2009 rates are up to 65% within 1 month; 80% within 2 months; 85% within 3 months; 90% within 4 to 5 months; and 94% within 6 months. How Do I Remove A Listing?
It only takes a quick call or email to remove a listing but we will also remind you about it. We will email you once a month to check on the status and you simply need to reply to the email to indicate if the listing is active or not.
